Salary £45k-£55k per annum depending on experience, plus car allowance and company benefits

Role: Lovely role foraNo1 Site Manager to make their mark on a brand new site in Torquay building a £5m new build commercial industrial scheme for a regional main contractor. This is a lead site manager role, working under a visiting Contracts Manager the Site Manager will be required to oversee direct and subcontract labour, site health and safety, client liaison, programming and checking quality of works carried out.

Candidate: Will have a proven track record of delivering similar size projects for a main contractor in the commercial sector. Candidate could come from a trade background or have a relevant construction qualification. The candidate will need a valid Black/White CSCS Card, First aid and SMSTS. The candidate will need to live with an easy commute of Torquay with further projects across South Devon.
