Technical Estimator - Devon

Do you have experience in pre-cast concrete? Operating for over 15 years, this is an excellent time join the team as they grow at a successful rate  They are looking for a Technical Estimator, someone to report into the MD and work with the Sales team and Engineers, to be an integral part of the pre-construction and design process  Key Duties: Determining the cost of concrete materials, labour and equipment Providing detailed project specifications to clients, contractors, and project managers  Reading off drawings  Experience with take offs and building BoQ's   Evaluating potential risks associated with a project, such as material shortages or weather delays.   Obtaining quotes from and suppliers for materials and labour About You: Ideally, you'll have precast concrete experience and knowledge of design process Good mathematical skills CAD advantageous  If you would like a further conversation, let me know and we can pick up from there
