Site Agent Salary: £70,000 + £5,400 Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + Package Location: Exeter Please note: Previous clean water or wastewater infrastructure experience is essential. A leading Civil Engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Site Agent to deliver projects across a long-term water infrastructure framework in Devon and Cornwall. Schemes range from £50k to £2m and include pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations and associated civil engineering works. The Role As Site Agent, you'll manage multiple live projects, taking responsibility for safe delivery, programme, quality and commercial performance. Key responsibilities include: Managing clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Coordinating programmes and meeting key project milestones. Working with commercial teams to manage budgets and NEC contracts. Overseeing RAMS, Health & Safety, CDM and temporary works requirements. Managing client relationships and providing project updates. Supporting pre-construction, surveys and buildability reviews. About You You'll be an experienced Site Agent with: Essential clean water and/or wastewater project experience. A strong civil engineering background. Experience working under NEC contracts, ideally NEC4. Strong programme and commercial awareness. SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry qualifications. HNC/HND/NVQ/Degree or equivalent construction experience. What's In It For You?
