Cornwall – £35,000k to £45,000k pa – High End Projects The Role Reporting to Directors, the successful candidate will be required to manage a small team on projects from £1m – £20m. You will have plenty of variety, with lots of interesting and challenging high-end projects to get involved with. Responsibilities Take the lead on the production of deliverables for multiple projects Manage a small team of engineers and technicians Accurately and efficiently feedback to senior management Manage fees, resources, and timeframes, and QA compliance Perform inspections for structure defects and provide recommendation Liaise with stakeholders and clients Effectively grow, mentor, and oversee and team Requirements: Degree is Civil and/or Structural Engineering Chartered or near chartered status desirable but not essential Minimum of 5 years of design engineering experience Proficient in AutoCAD, Tedds and/or Tekla Structures Some experience in managing a small team Excellent written and numerical skills Full clean driving licence Cornwall-based or willing to commute/relocate What’s in it for you?
