Senior QS (Southampton) - Water

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to strengthen the commercial team for this leading design & delivery contractor \\n\\nSecuring a place on the AMP8 Framework and committed to delivering exciting portfolio of projects within the Water Sector, this is a great foot in with a stellar company \\n\\nThe Senior QS role will be on a large scale WTW and this will be a site based commercial role, in Hampshire. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for the following: \\n \\nLiaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost \\nCollaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met \\nManage the main contract ensuring contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary  \\nPreparation and issue of subcontract documentation  \\nAssist in the management and performance of subcontractors \\nManage the preparation and agreement of applications for payment  \\nThe preparation of project cost & value reports, budgets and forecasts.  \\nAssist in the management and development of junior commercial staff In order for us to have an initial conversation, let's make sure it is right for all parties: \\n \\nDo you have the following: \\n \\nDegree or equivalent \\nWorking towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institution \\nExperience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors \\nNEC3/4 Experience Want to find out more?
