The Role As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for delivering a diverse range of professional surveying and project management services across a varied property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering a full range of professional building surveying services Managing refurbishment and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion Acting as the lead consultant and principal point of contact for clients Preparing specifications, technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation Undertaking contract administration and project management responsibilities Working closely with colleagues, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and to the highest standards This is a role offering full project lifecycle involvement, giving you real ownership of your work and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships. About You We're looking for an experienced surveyor who can demonstrate: MRICS qualified (essential) Strong background in both professional building surveying and project management Excellent technical knowledge of refurbishment and property improvement projects Proficiency in CAD Revit experience would be advantageous but isn't essential Excellent communication and client relationship skills A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach What's In It For You?
