A major UK contractor is appointing a Pre-Construction Director to lead its regional work-winning function from Bristol.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you ll lead Business Development, Pre-Construction, Design and Commercial , shaping which projects the business targets and how it wins them.
The Brief
- Lead and develop a 20-strong team
- Own regional pre-construction and work-winning strategy
- Drive client relationships and early project engagement
- Lead major tenders and project pursuit strategies
- Influence the wider direction and pipeline of the region
- Oversee projects and tenders valued up to £200m
The Pre-Construction Director will come from a Tier 1 or major main contractor with strong leadership credentials, major tender experience and knowledge of public/private procurement and frameworks.
The Reward
