The Company is looking to hire a Project Manager to join the Plymouth office of a medium sized Construction Consultancy. Although medium in size, they punch up with the best, working on super exciting projects and frameworks across the region. Their Project Management team is made up of qualified Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors working on projects from £5m - £50m including:
- Mixed use Developments - Residential, Office Space, Restaurants and Hotels
- High Rise Residential
- Heritage and Museums
- Specialist Heath and Care
- Project recovery - when all else fails, our client are the ones they call
They pride themselves on personal relationships, repeat business and over performing, making them the 'go-to' firm in the region when the chips are down or the brief is particularly challenging.
The right candidate will be an experienced Project Manager from a Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying background to work on projects across the region. We are looking for candidates with the following backgrounds and experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying essential
- Proven track record running your own projects as a Project Manager
- Stable career history working for a Construction Consultancy or client direct
- Commutable to the Plymouth area or relocating to the region
- Chartered status ideal but not essential
