I am working with a maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team in Cornwall. You will be working as part of a team carrying out responsive maintenance within occupied and empty properties.
Duties will include:
- General carpentry repairs
- Replacing fencing, skirtings, architraves
- Hanging doors & adjusting windows
- Replacing and repairing locks
- Replacing kitchen units and surfaces
- Repairing and replacing guttering
- Painting
You will need:
- A qualification in Carpentry
- Experience within a similar role
- Clean driving licence
- Own tools
