Electrical Site Supervisor (Water) - Dorset

Another brilliant opportunity to join this multi-disciplinary company, specialising heavily in the water sector! Supporting six long-term water sector frameworks and two recently won frameworks, they operate both as a sole contractor but also in joint ventures and alliances – the best of both worlds!  The Role They are looking to strengthen their team with a Electrical Site Supervisor, initially on a large project in Dorset  Key Responsibilities:  Supervision of site Electrical installations Ensuring SHE standards are maintained and safe systems of work are being adhered to. Ensuring a high-quality product is being produced in line with current standards and specifications. Monitor supply chain performance and programme Review and monitor supplier inspection and test plans ensuring they are up to date and relevant to the work activity. Attend site inductions and toolbox talks. As Electrical Appointed Person, ensure electrical safety rules are adhered to and supporting documentation is produced in line with electrical safety rules. Carry out regular electrical safety inspections on temporary and permanent equipment. What are we looking for? Ideally, you'll have been in the Site Supervisor role for at least 4-5 years, within the water sector but as an essential requirement, you must have the following: SMSTS  Appointed Person Status FAAW ECS card  C&G 2330 or 2360 in electrical installations  NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations IEE 18th edition wiring regs  If this ticks those boxes, apply today
