Commercial Manager (Civils) - Bristol

From highways construction to groundworks to reinforced concrete, they have an excellent reputation across the industry, due to their competent team and repeat business    What\’s the Position    They are looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Based from their office in Bristol, the role will be accountable for managing all costs of a project portfolio, as well as controlling the overall budget   Ideally, you\’ll come from a subcontractor background and be familiar with the following types of works: Groundworks Drainage Earthworks Landscaping What will you need You will have at least 5 years working in the civil engineering sector and have a good local knowledge as well as the following: Familiar with NEC Forms of Contract Construction Related Qualification  Experience delivering projects up to £5M  If you want to be part of the company\’s continued journey of success then get in touch today
