The Role
As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering a varied workload of professional Building Surveying and project management services. You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, providing expert advice to clients and ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Working closely with an experienced team, you'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while continuing to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Right Candidate
We're looking for a Building Surveyor who can demonstrate:
- Degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS Chartered status
- A minimum of 2 years' post-chartership
- Previous experience working within a Construction Consultancy environment
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Experience delivering refurbishment, alteration or improvement projects
- The ability to commute to Plymouth or plans to relocate to the area
