A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading international consultancy delivering major engineering, infrastructure and built environment projects across the globe. As the business continues to invest in operational excellence, digital transformation and continuous improvement, they are looking to strengthen their internal Business Improvement & Change team with an additional Project Manager.

As Project Manager, you will lead a range of business improvement and transformation projects that support the ongoing development of the organisation. Projects will include:

  • Office relocations and workplace change programmes
  • Business systems and process improvement initiatives
  • Governance, compliance and ISO accreditation projects
  • AI and technology-driven business change initiatives
  • Operational improvement programmes across multiple business functions

You will manage projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

To be successful in this Project Manager position, you will have experience delivering business change projects within a large organisation. You will ideally have experience across:

  • Business transformation and improvement projects
  • Office relocations and workplace change programmes
  • Systems implementation and process improvement
  • Compliance, governance or accreditation initiatives
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stakeholder engagement at all levels

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' project management experience
  • Proven background delivering business change projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within a PMO or structured governance environment
  • PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or similar qualification desirable
