The Company\\n\\n About us\\n \\nOne of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancies in the UK is looking to hire and experienced "Associate Project Manager" to join their South West team. You will be part of a major project team, working on a development on the outskirts of Oxford worth over £200m. The project will include multiple buildings, infrastructure, stadia and a science park. \\n \\nAs part of the Bristol office Project Management team, you will spread your time between the site in Oxford, their Bristol office and home working.
The Bristol office team generally work on projects from £10m – £100m, in and around the Bristol area. This role is the largest in their currently portfolio and the successful "Associate Project Manager" will overseeing a large package of works\\n \\nThe role\\n\\nThe successful "Associate Project Manager" will currently be working for a Construction Consultancy and have experience running projects from inception to handover. \\nWith full autonomy to lead and manage your own projects, your key duties on the larger project will include the following on a package of works as part of a wider project team: \\n \\nPre-construction coordination \\nManagement of internal and external consultant teams \\nClient and contractor communication and a collaboration \\nProject Reporting \\nDevelopment of procurement strategies \\nContract administration \\nProject programming on MS Project \\nProject risk registers \\nCommercial oversight We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: \\n \\nCurrent experience working as a "Project Manager" for a Construction Consultancy \\nTrack record running projects from inception to handover. \\nFlexibility, reliability and a ‘can do’ attitude \\nConstruction related degree or equivalent professional qualifications \\nIdeally chartered or working towards chartership within RICS, APM or CIOB \\nSolid understanding of delivery processes from RIBA 0-6 \\nExceptional communication skills Whats in it for me: \\n\\nThe successful candidate will enjoy the following benefits: \\n \\nA genuinely people focused business. \\nThe opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in the region \\nA team ethos about delivering a great service whilst having fun.
