A vacancy has arisen for an Associate Engineer to join a growing consultancy based in Exeter. The successful candidate will lead the design and project delivery process, manage engineering teams, and mentor junior staff. Responsibilities
- Lead structural and/or civil design and overall project delivery
- Manage engineers and technicians within the project team

Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Chartered Member of the ICE or IStructE
- Minimum of seven years' experience in structural engineering
- Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
