You’ll manage communication tools such as phone systems, mobile devices, and business collaboration platforms, while maintaining clear and helpful IT knowledge resources for staff. Regular liaison with our managed service provider and occasional visits to our Trading site are part of the rhythm of the job.
You will have strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to support users with varying levels of IT confidence. This role reflects that blend: you’ll be approachable, patient, organised, and attentive to detail, with a solid grounding in Windows, Microsoft 365, and IT security principles.
