Girlguiding in London is seeking a Volunteer Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment of volunteers, especially unit leaders, and to shape an inclusive journey that welcomes first-time helpers. The role is permanent/full-time with hybrid working and a 35-hour work week.
You will collaborate with country and region teams, use insight to improve recruitment activities, and share best practices across the organisation to grow Girlguiding’s volunteer base.
