The Complaints and compliance team are looking for an enthusiastic Senior complaints and compliance lead who has experience of managing complex complaints and an understanding of safer recruitment in the charity youth sector. This role involves working with a range of stakeholders and the ability to analyse and solve problems is an essential skill. You will need to have an understanding of legislation and best practice for safe recruitment, experience of developing or improving policy and procedure and the ability to present and train others.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun loving, positive and supportive team who do their best to handle complaints and compliance cases as sensitively and empathetically as possible. You will report to the Complaints and Compliance manager and will manage other members of the team so the ability to build relationships and motivate others is important. If you are someone who enjoys a challenge, is able to prioritise a varied and demanding workload and is able to communicate effectively then we would love to hear from you.
