It rsquo;s about leading a newly formed team, building strong relationships across the organisation, and ensuring that our safety culture is embedded and understood at every level. You rsquo;ll guide strategic and operational priorities, support others to deliver them, and ensure that our practices remain aligned with current and emerging legislation and best practice. br /span /p /div div h2 Key responsibilities include /h2 ul li Leading and developing a team to deliver improvements in activity health and safety /li li Building shared understanding and ownership of safety practices across staff and volunteers in UK country and region teams /li li Overseeing investigations into incidents and near misses, ensuring learning is captured and shared /li li Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure Girlguiding remains compliant and forward-thinking in its approach to health, safety and welfare /li /ul /div div h2 /h2 p span We rsquo;re looking for someone with a professional qualification and/or relevant experience in implementing health and safety systems and strategy.
