As our change lead, you'll be responsible for establishing, coordinating and embedding a network of volunteer change champions to support the successful delivery of volunteering and digital transformation and organisational change activity. You'll be working in partnership with volunteers and colleagues across the change, learning and communications project team to design, and continuously improve, the change champions experience to ensure members feel informed, supported and engaged throughout their involvement.
You'll have a good understanding of how people go through change and the change management process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships are essential to this role. You'll also bring experience in working in collaboration with volunteers and designing volunteer involving initiatives.

Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week, or 40% of working time across the year. Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with our hybrid working model. We’re committed though to supporting our staff to achieve a good work-life balance and offer flexible working options wherever we reasonably can. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
