We're looking for a motivated and proactive warehouse shift leader to support the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can lead by example, drive performance, and ensure that warehouse activities are carried out safely, accurately and efficiently.

Please note that the shift pattern for this role will be 13:30/14:00 to 21:00/21:30 and is likely to include shifts across all seven days of the week. Training will take place during day shifts.

Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve operational targets.
  • Manage people, processes and warehouse systems to ensure smooth running of daily activities.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve operational problems, liaising effectively with warehouse colleagues and other departments.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee warehouse processes including receipt of goods, stock storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and despatch.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow warehouse and general administrative procedures.
  • Uphold diversity and inclusion principles in day-to-day leadership and interactions.
