We’re recruiting for a finance business partner. You'll be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, as well as supporting budget holders to understand their accounts, review their forecasts and develop their annual budgets.

Working Arrangements: Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office‑based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week, or 40% of working time across the year. Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with our hybrid working model. We’re committed to supporting our staff to achieve a good work‑life balance and offer flexible working options wherever we reasonably can. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
