Girlguiding Ulster has undergone significant organisational change in recent years to strengthen governance arrangements and support the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

This role will play a key part in embedding those changes, ensuring that Girlguiding Ulster continues to meet it's statutory and regulatory obligations, whilst also providing high-quality support to the volunteers who lead guiding across Northern Ireland.

The role will also involve working alongside volunteers to support membership growth and development across Girlguiding Ulster.
