We are seeking an experienced schools-sector business development consultant to help test and refine our approach to market for Girlguiding inspired experiences in schools, build an initial pipeline of opportunities, and inform the design of a future permanent business development function.
The consultant will act as a learning partner, bringing external expertise, challenge and market insight while helping build internal capability. The role is intended to generate learning, test assumptions and shape the future business development function, rather than provide interim staffing cover.
The consultancy is intended to:
- Test and refine the assumptions within Inspired's Business Development strategy.
- Improve understanding of the schools market, including purchasing decision-making, routes to market and competitors.
- Build and qualify an initial pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Test value propositions and audience segments.
- Create systems, knowledge and recommendations to support a future permanent Business Development function
