Customer Service Area Controller
Location: Hitchin, Herts | Full-time, On-Site | 40 Hours Per Week

The Role: Take Ownership & Drive Excellence
As a Customer Service Area Controller, you’ll take full responsibility for managing customer service operations within your assigned geographical area. You’ll ensure customers’ equipment is serviced, maintained, and repaired efficiently, while providing an exceptional experience every step of the way.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the customer experience – from initial contact to resolution, ensuring service excellence.
- Working closely with the Area Sales Manager to deliver top-tier after-sales service.
- Managing customer queries and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Building strong customer relationships, providing clear and transparent communication.
- Recording and overseeing customer calls from receipt to invoicing, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Processing and invoicing jobs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
About You:

You’ll need:
