Belle Maison de Champagne de renommée internationale recherche un/une RESPONSABLE TECHNIQUE D’EXPLOITATION.
Introduction : Sous l’autorité de la présidence et de la direction générale, vous aurez pour rôle de diriger l’ensemble d’un domaine de 40Ha basé en Angleterre. Vous managerez le site de la vigne au chai avec comme objectif de garantir la qualité et la continuité des vins de la Maison. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le Chef de cave et le Responsable vignoble de la Maison et serez force de proposition sur la politique technique du domaine en amont sur le vignoble et en aval au chai en passant par la gestion des mises en bouteilles. Personne de terrain, vous interviendrez directement sur l’ensemble des opérations techniques en lien avec les prestataires. Poste basé dans le Kent.
Missions :
- Définir et mettre en place les itinéraires techniques pour la conduite du vignoble.
- Mettre en œuvre les opérations de conduite de la vigne, de fertilisation et de traitements.
- ĂŠtre responsable des vinifications en accord avec la direction.
- Déguster l’ensemble des cuvées et participer aux choix d’assemblage.
- Gérer les achats et stocks des produits phytosanitaires et produits œnologiques.
- Être responsable de l’ensemble des achats techniques et de leur maintenance.
- Participer aux choix d’investissements techniques et gérer les budgets afférents.
- Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité par l’ensemble du personnel.
- S’assurer du respect des obligations réglementaires.
- Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction.
Profil : De formation supérieure de type Ingénieur Agro/DNO, vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire (vigne+cave) au sein d’un domaine viticole qualitatif réputé pour son exigence. Vous possédez une expérience technique avérée en viticulture et vous avez une forte sensibilité aux démarches environnementales. Personne de terrain, dynamique et autonome, vous avez une expérience de la vinification en méthode champenoise. Anglais bilingue.
