We're growing — and we'd love you to grow with us. Giraffe360 is looking for a Head of Commercial to help turn our commercial strategy into consistent execution, strong team performance and scalable revenue growth. This is a senior, hands-on commercial leadership role, working closely with our CRO and wider leadership team to bring structure, focus and accountability to how we sell, forecast, report and grow.

Your role will be to take & collaborate on strategy and turn it into clear team priorities, strong pipeline discipline, better revenue visibility, effective coaching rhythms and repeatable commercial processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategy and the detail — someone who can understand the bigger picture, but also get close to the pipeline, the numbers and the day-to-day execution needed to drive performance.

You'll help create the rhythm, structure and accountability needed for the commercial team to execute consistently and support the next stage of growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll act as Giraffe360's day-to-day commercial execution partner, helping turn commercial strategy into action, accountability and results.
  • Owning the commercial operating rhythm across pipeline, forecasting, deal reviews and team performance.
  • Translating commercial strategy into clear team priorities, actions and accountability.
  • Interrogating revenue metrics to understand what is working, what is not and what needs to change.
  • Guiding the commercial team on sales execution, discovery, qualification, value messaging and deal progression.
  • Improving pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
  • Creating a consistent coaching rhythm that supports stronger sales performance.
  • Building repeatable commercial processes, playbooks and management cadences.
  • Supporting the hiring, onboarding, development and performance of the commercial team as it scales.
  • Creating clearer performance standards and expectations across the team.
  • Bringing practical recommendations to the CRO and leadership team on how to improve commercial performance.
  • Helping improve conversion, deal progression and revenue predictability.
  • Supporting priority markets initially, with the opportunity to grow into a broader global remit as the team scales.

About you:

  • You're a senior B2B commercial or sales leader who knows how to turn strategy into execution.
  • You're comfortable working closely with senior leadership, but you're also happy getting into the detail — pipeline, metrics, team performance, deal quality, CRM discipline and forecasting.
  • You can challenge thinking where needed, but you're also practical, accountable and focused on moving things forward.
  • You'll thrive here if you have strong B2B sales or commercial leadership experience.
  • Understand revenue metrics, pipeline management, forecasting and sales performance.
  • Know how to build team accountability without creating unnecessary complexity.
  • Are confident coaching teams on discovery, qualification, value messaging and deal progression.
  • Can turn strategy into clear priorities, actions and operating rhythms.
  • Are comfortable challenging ideas constructively and executing decisions once agreed.
  • Have experience in a scale-up, growth business or fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Are confident working with senior stakeholders, including CRO/Founder-level leadership.
  • Can bring structure to evolving processes without slowing the business down.
  • Are commercially sharp, practical and focused on outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly, directly and with credibility.
  • Enjoy building teams, processes and ways of working that can scale.
  • Are happy to travel to events to sell, coach & meet the industry!

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience in SaaS, PropTech, real estate technology, hardware/software, subscription products or another tech-led B2B environment.
  • Experience improving pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience building sales playbooks, operating rhythms or performance cadences.
  • Experience coaching commercial teams through discovery, qualification and deal progression.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding or developing sales/commercial talent.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or supporting international growth.
  • Strong confidence with CRM systems, dashboards, sales reporting and revenue metrics.
  • A mix of strategic thinking, commercial judgement and hands-on execution.

What we offer:

  • Salary: £80,000–£100,000 base, plus bonus opportunity of up to 100% of base salary, depending on performance.
  • Hybrid working — 2 days per week in our Ancoats city-centre office, currently Mondays and Thursdays.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • A paid day off for your birthday.
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay.
  • Company-paid private health insurance.
  • Matched 5% pension scheme with salary sacrifice option.
  • Regular team socials and events.
