The Punchbowl in Lapworth is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive this much-loved country pub forward. What You’ll Be Supporting & Leading
- Assisting the General Manager in the smooth running of a busy, guest-focused pub.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver warm, memorable service.
- Supporting with rota planning, stock control, and operational standards.
- Ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintaining high levels of food, drink, and service quality.
- Upholding compliance standards across health & safety, licensing, and food safety.
- Building strong relationships with guests and becoming a familiar, trusted face of the pub.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a consistent, premium offer.
