I am hiring for Public Protection Caseworker / Offender Management / Investigation Officer.

Location: Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Croydon, Peterborough - 3 days per week.

Experience in offender management, investigations, public protection, probation services, or related criminal justice environments.

Recent and in-depth experience managing high-risk offenders, ideally within asylum, criminal justice, probation, or safeguarding settings.

Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and offender management frameworks.

Proven experience working effectively within MAPPA and other multi-agency environments.

Knowledge of asylum processes and immigration legislation.

Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, including those with mental health needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage sensitive and complex cases.
