We are hiring for Transformation / Change / Engagement Manager (Data and Analytics)

Location : Hybrid & 3 days in Manchester / Newcastle / Sheffield / Birmingham or Leeds Office

• Define and implement comprehensive change communication strategies aligned with business needs, specifically focusing on the client Data Strategy Implementation.
• Lead discussions and build alignment with Data and Analytics SLT, Digital ET, and other senior audiences within client on engagement plans and priorities.
• Design and develop engaging and audience-appropriate content across various formats, including text, graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations
• Ability to interpret data from web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Proven ability to integrate clear and persuasive calls to action within communication materials
