We are hiring for a Workday Systems Specialist (HCM Certified).

Location: Hybrid - Swindon (Occasional visits to Office)

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience and should be able to provide end-to-end configuration and expert live support for Workday Recruiting, managing job requisitions, custom candidate workflows, and offer management pipelines.
  • Review, design, and optimize Workday HCM business processes (BPs) to streamline HR operations.
  • Evaluate bi-annual Workday releases, conducting impact assessments and managing feature enablement.
  • Proven track record in a dedicated Workday Recruiting & Reporting capacity.
  • Workday HCM Certification highly preferred.
