We are hiring for Engineering Technician (Electronics / Electrical - Maintenance / General Engineering) in Stafford.

You will provide expert-level maintenance and fault diagnosis for Ground Support Equipment (GSE), performing complex testing and component-level repairs within a heavy engineering environment to ensure reliability.

Proficiency in using Approved Source Information (ASI) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) data to guide repairs is required.

Skills in feasibility and development activity, specifically the ability to reverse-engineer components and draft new engineering documentation or test procedures when OEM support is unavailable.

Experience in the supervision and training of junior staff and apprentices, including the responsibility of over-signing their work to ensure safety and technical accuracy.

Must hold a Level 4 qualification (or Level 3 with significant experience) and be eligible for EngTech registration with the UK Engineering Council (UK-SPEC).
