We are hiring Stakeholder Engagement Manager (UK infrastructure, public sector, and civil engineering) Location : Hybrid - Wales Extensive background in infrastructure planning, environmental remediation, or public sector programs, tailored to support the Wales Metal Mines Programme.
Must be based locally in Wales, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be willing to travel to site locations across Wales up to four times per month (travel covered).
Proven track record as a senior/lead Stakeholder Engagement Manager capable of hitting the ground running in complex, multi-agency regulatory environments.
Deep understanding of the infrastructure delivery lifecycle and regulatory planning processes, specifically Section 108 planning documents.
Expertise in using SRM software/systems to profile, map, track, and analyze stakeholder data, commitments, and feedback.
Demonstrated ability to act as the client lead with external consultants/contractors while aligning interests across government bodies, regulators, technical specialists, NGOs, and local communities.
Proficient in risk and issue mitigation, governance routing, benefits realization, knowledge management, and supporting business change implementation.
