Location: Southampton, 3 days in office and the rest travel to nearby locations.

- Proven experience managing time-limited, high-stakes maritime projects, specifically those focused on the transition from legacy "kit" to novel technological frameworks.
- Significant prior experience within the Navy or maritime or the Cruise industry, offering the leadership maturity required for a 12-month mission-critical assignment.
- Extensive experience representing national interests at international forums (such as the IMO or UN) and collaborating with stakeholders within regional departments.
- Professional certification with a proven track record of command and senior-level navigation in complex maritime environments.
