- Proven experience supporting change delivery within project or programme environments.
- Good understanding of project management and change management principles.
- Strong project coordination, organisation, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Experience working within financial services, banking, or regulated environments would be desirable.
