We are hiring Senior User-Centred Service Designer (User Experience /UX)
Location : Remote - Occasional Travel to London Office
- Hands-on expertise in Strategic Design, Evidence-Based Design, Iterative Design, Design Communication, Designing for Everyone (Accessibility/Inclusion), and Designing Together (Co-design).
- Demonstrated experience in Leading Design initiatives and driving collaborative alignment across multidisciplinary team environments.
- Skilled in leading multi-stakeholder workshops to identify priority deliverables, map risks/opportunities, document strategic recommendations, and support Product Managers with scoping, road mapping, and prioritization.
- Proven ability to analyze complex user needs and business objectives, create UCD artifacts such as end-to-end journey maps, document cross-cutting consequences of design decisions, and draft detailed final design requirements.
- Hands-on experience developing design concepts and interactive prototypes (utilizing standard UK government/public sector design tools and prototyping kits) to reimagine the end-to-end user experience.
