We are hiring for a Business Change Lead: Workplace Transformation (EUC).
Location: Hybrid - London.
Proven experience leading business change/readiness and adoption strategies for large-scale enterprise shifts, such as M365 migrations, OS upgrades, or VDI transitions.
Solid understanding of the modern workplace ecosystem—specifically Windows 11, M365 (Teams/SharePoint), Intune, and Identity/MFA—to better anticipate user friction points.
Ability to conduct deep-dive impact assessments across diverse user groups and define the "Go/No-Go" readiness criteria that ensure a seamless transition.
Proficiency in documenting new workflows and SOPs to ensure that both the business and BAU support teams (like the Service Desk) are fully prepared for post-launch operations.
Key Skills: EUC Change Management / Readiness / M365 / SharePoint / OneDrive / MFA/Identity / Citrix/VMware.
