We are hiring for Workday Systems Specialist (HCM Certified).

Location: Hybrid - Swindon (Occasional visits to Office).

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience and should be able to provide end-to-end configuration and expert live support for Workday Recruiting, managing job requisitions, custom candidate workflows, and offer management pipelines.

Review, design, and optimize Workday HCM business processes (BPs) to streamline HR operations.

Evaluate bi-annual Workday releases, conducting impact assessments and managing feature enablement.

Proven track record in a dedicated Workday Recruiting & Reporting capacity.

Workday HCM Certification highly preferred.
