I am hiring for Data Centre Technical Analyst

Location
UK – Multi-site (Reading, Wokingham, Farnborough, Corsham, Warwick)

100% Onsite | Travel Required

Job Description

• Provide technical and operational support to ensure the availability, reliability, and compliance of UK Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) data centres
• Manage data centre capacity, airflow, and power using DCIM tools while identifying efficiency improvements
• Support incident, change, and risk management in line with ITIL processes and SLAs
• Conduct IT asset audits and maintain accurate asset and capacity records
• Oversee physical security, access control, inductions, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams, facilities providers, and external suppliers to ensure safe and compliant operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Active SC Clearance
• Minimum 12 months experience in a data centre environment
• Experience with installation and de-installation of IT equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical data centre systems (UPS, generators, cooling)
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework
• Ability to travel at short notice across multiple UK sites (own vehicle required)
