We are hiring for Programme Implementation Manager (RTE / Transition / Environment/ Release / Change)
Location: Hybrid - Manchester
Proven experience planning and leading large-scale, complex implementations (multiple parallel streams). Responsible for the seamless, safe, and secure execution of all programme deployments. You will act as the bridge between technical delivery, service transition, and business stakeholders, ensuring that every release—from non-production environments to live "Go-Live" events—is planned to the minute and governed rigorously.
Develop and secure approval for highly detailed, minute-by-minute implementation plans. Forecast and secure necessary staffing, including internal teams and third-party vendors. Demonstrable experience navigating formal change control boards (CAB) and service management tools (e.g., SMAX). Present implementation strategies at CDR and CAB to secure formal sign-off. Ability to maintain clarity of thought and solve complex problems in real-time under high-pressure, "live" environments.
