We are hiring for a Programme Director - Digital Defence Transformation / Modernisation (ERP / Oracle Fusion).
Location: Hybrid - London or Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP implementations and driving significant organizational change / Transformation.
- Strong expertise in full operating model transformation, encompassing policy, process, organizational, and system changes, centered on the implementation of ERP across the Defence organization, impacting HR, Finance, and Commercial functions.
- Extensive experience as a Programme Director, leading large and complex programmes, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Significant experience working within the government sector, with a deep understanding of government processes and regulations.
- Defence sector experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of ERP concepts and lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
