We are hiring for a location in Marham. Proven track record as a Chef or Catering Assistant managing high-volume food services, daytime/evening hospitality functions, bar operations, and basic reception or accommodation duties.
Experience in accurate cash handling, profit protection, inventory control (stock-taking procedures), and delivering high-quality customer service in a secure environment.
Competence in multi-temperature food preparation, strict adherence to UK Food Safety/Health & Safety legislation, safe systems of work, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and PPE compliance.
Proficiency in basic IT systems for data input, administrative tasks, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed by local orders.
