We are hiring for Compliance & Financial Crime Business Analyst.

Location: Hybrid 2 days in Northampton Office.

Should have prior experience as a business analyst delivering regulatory change, control remediation, or risk reduction initiatives within a regulated banking environment.

Proven expertise in requirements gathering, producing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, defining project scope, and maintaining end-to-end traceability.

Strong capabilities in documenting As-Is and To-Be workflows, conducting gap analyses, identifying control weaknesses, and supporting operational readiness.

Domain experience in Financial Services & Cards domain, focusing on Financial Crime Compliance, regulatory change, KYC, AML, Sanctions, and Customer Onboarding.

Strong ability to act as a bridge between Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams during solution development, testing, and defect triage.

Proficiency or familiarity with enterprise collaboration and modeling tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and workflow analysis software.
