Lead the design and delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure architecture solutions for core banking and current account journeys, including loans, account switching, and payments. Provide architectural leadership across cards and payments systems, covering card issuance and authorisation journeys. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements and regulatory controls. Own architectural governance by producing and reviewing design artefacts covering security, privacy, risk, and records management. Guide integration strategies across core banking, payments, and cards platforms, balancing cloud adoption, automation, and compliance. Evaluate vendor solutions, support systems strategy, and drive automation to reduce operational overhead and manual processes.
