I am hiring for a Lead Java Developer – CIAM/IAM.

Location: Northampton, UK (Hybrid – 2 to 3 Days Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with strong CIAM/IAM expertise to join a leading financial services project. This role involves designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
  • Implement secure CIAM/IAM solutions with authentication and authorization frameworks
  • Work on event-driven architectures using Kafka and manage NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Product teams while providing technical leadership and code reviews
