We are hiring for a Business Analyst (Business Change Analyst/Product Owner/Agile Designer) - Retail Banking - Current Accounts.

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in Northampton Office.

  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst within a major UK retail banking environment, specifically supporting 'Needs Lab' or Retail Banking change initiatives.
  • Extensive experience working with specific internal 'Better Ways of Working' (BWow) methodologies and 'Better Backlog' principles.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Current Account products, overdraft propositions, and associated retail customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in the full Agile life cycle, including lead responsibility for Jira/Confluence management, backlog refinement, and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Expert at translating business needs into technical documentation, ranging from high-level Epics to granular User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
  • Skilled in creating technical context artifacts, including As-Is/To-Be process mapping, wireframes, and feasibility studies alongside Architects.
  • Strong understanding of banking governance and demand processes to ensure all change initiatives meet strict regulatory and internal standards.
