I am hiring for Public Protection Caseworker / Offender Management / Investigation Officer.

Location: Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Croydon, Peterborough - 3 days per week.

  • Experience in offender management, investigations, public protection, probation services, or related criminal justice environments.
  • Recent and in-depth experience managing high-risk offenders, ideally within asylum, criminal justice, probation, or safeguarding settings.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and offender management frameworks.
  • Proven experience working effectively within MAPPA and other multi-agency environments.
  • Knowledge of asylum processes and immigration legislation.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, including those with mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage sensitive and complex cases.
