I am hiring for Public Protection Caseworker / Offender Management / Investigation Officer.
Location: Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Croydon, Peterborough - 3 days per week.
- Experience in offender management, investigations, public protection, probation services, or related criminal justice environments.
- Recent and in-depth experience managing high-risk offenders, ideally within asylum, criminal justice, probation, or safeguarding settings.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and offender management frameworks.
- Proven experience working effectively within MAPPA and other multi-agency environments.
- Knowledge of asylum processes and immigration legislation.
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, including those with mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage sensitive and complex cases.
