We are hiring for Junior Gen AI Engineer
Location: Manchester - Hybrid / 4 days Per week in Office
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and document processing techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, manipulation, and machine learning development.
- Hands-on experience developing and validating machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, or optimisation.
- Experience generating synthetic data and creating high-quality datasets for testing, training, and validation.
- Experience extracting business rules, workflows, or decision logic from policy documents or other unstructured information.
- Understanding of statistical methods, model evaluation metrics, and ML validation techniques.
