We are hiring for a position in Manchester OR London, requiring 4 days per week in the office.

We are looking for a functional and technical Marketo Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing automation and MarTech delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong hands-on capability in configuring Marketo, designing lead lifecycles, scoring models, and segmentation.
  • Background in user enablement and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • High proficiency in Marketo (programs, smart campaigns, assets) with preferred exposure to the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations, QA, governance, and basic HTML/CSS for email/landing page troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of APIs and MarTech data flows.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services / Asset Management focused on optimizing end-to-end B2B/B2C campaign frameworks and cross-channel marketing processes.
  • Capability of translating business requirements into executable technical solutions while managing stakeholder communication.
