We are hiring for a Target Operating Model (TOM) Analyst (Business Design Analyst/Business Change/IT Capability & Governance).
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days in London Office.
Proven track record as an Operating Model/Target Operating Model (TOM) Analyst driving discovery and inception planning within large-scale insurance technology transformation programmes.
Expertise in evaluating capability ownership, organisational handoffs, support responsibilities, and future-state governance between regional teams and global functions.
Ability to critically assess technical design materials and translate global software rollouts into clear operational, organisational, and procedural impacts for regional IT and business units.
Strong understanding of modern insurance core platforms (including Sirius systems), digital capabilities, data integration services, and enterprise IT operational architectures.
Preferred expertise in Enterprise Insurance (Policy Administration, Billing, Claims Management, Distribution & Partner Operations).
